1. Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns for reasons like buyer’s remorse, color preference, or other subjective preferences.
3. Return Process
- Customer must notify us via Line Official within the 7-day window with proof (e.g., photos).
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Timing & Method
Refunds are issued within 30 business days after approval, via the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect (then we may offer prepaid return labels).
- We recommend using tracking to avoid loss during return transit.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to returns.
